๐Ÿ” Secure Payment Information

At AstroTalk24, all transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. We do not store any debit/credit card or net banking details on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • International Cards (where applicable)

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International users will be charged according to their bankโ€™s forex conversion rates.

๐Ÿงพ Order Confirmation & Invoicing

Once a successful payment is made:

  • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details.

  • For puja services, you will receive scheduling and joining instructions.

  • For consultations, you will receive a confirmation of your session with the astrologer or vastu/numerology expert.

You can request a GST invoice for your payment by emailing us at billing@astrotalk24.in within 7 days of purchase.

๐Ÿ“Œ Booking & Cancellation Terms

For Astrology/Numerology/Vastu Consultations:

  • You may reschedule your consultation once, at least 4 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

For Online Puja Services:

  • Puja bookings can be rescheduled once, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.

  • Cancellations requested after samagri preparation or dispatch will incur a 50% deduction from the refund.

  • If the puja is already performed, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Eligibility Criteria

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Service Not Delivered:

    • The astrologer or pandit did not connect or missed the scheduled time.

    • The puja was not conducted as per commitment and no alternative date was provided.

  2. Technical Issues on Our Side:

    • You faced audio/video or connectivity problems from our side, which led to an incomplete session.

    • Live puja link was not shared or failed, and the ritual could not be conducted properly.

  3. Duplicate Payment:

    • If your account is debited more than once for the same transaction.

โŒ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the prediction/remedy or outcome is not as expected.

  • Dissatisfaction with the astrologer or panditโ€™s opinion or advice.

  • Incorrect birth details or information submitted by the user.

  • Delay caused by userโ€™s non-responsiveness to calls, messages, or emails.

  • Incomplete puja or consultation due to customerโ€™s unavailability.

  • Refund requested after 3 days of service delivery.

โณ Refund Processing Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment only.

  • You will receive confirmation via email/SMS once the refund is issued.
